This policy explains what information the Westside church of Christ members app (the “app”) collects and how it is used. The app is provided for members of the Westside church of Christ in Newberry, Florida.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, provided when you sign in (by email link or with your Google account).
• Any information you choose to add to your directory entry, such as your phone number and household.

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google data.

How we use it

• To sign you in to the app.
• To display a member directory that is visible only to signed-in members of the congregation.

How it is stored

Your information is stored securely with our service provider (Supabase) and is accessible only to signed-in members and the church administrator.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
• We do not use it for any purpose beyond running this app for the congregation.

Your choices

You may update your directory entry at any time from within the app. You can also download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account yourself, right from your entry in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile entirely and cannot be undone.
